Our Latest Peak District tour is part of the National Park Experiences

We're very excited to announce that our latest tour, On Top Of The World, has been selected to be part of the National Park Experiences, alongside one of our previous tours, The Plague Village & The Peaks.

We have been proud to be part of the English National Parks Experience Collection fo the last 2 years, with our Plague Village tour.  The collection, funded by Visit England's Discover England fund, was set up to offer the most outstanding visitor experiences in our most exceptional landscapes - each carefully selected, developed and curated to tell the stories of England's stunning national parks.

These are journeys through the history, culture, countryside and communities in the best of outdoor England. Journeys celebrating the extraordinary and the everyday, where you can really feel alive and return home refreshed, inspired and with memories to treasure for a lifetime. 

Now, with the slightly shorter title of National Park Experiences, the collection has expanded in readiness to welcome visitors to the national parks after the lockdown restrictions have ended.  And we are very proud to announce that our latest creation, On Top Of The World, will be part of that collection.

On Top Of The World is a Peak District tour with a difference.  It is a full day, private tour, which will provide our guests with the opportunity to see many of the best views in the Peak District without long, strenuous hikes.  We will visit some of the most iconic viewpoints in the White Peak and Dark Peak, in a series of drives along scenic back road routes across the National Park, far away from the crowds.

Each of the viewpoints along the way can be experienced with a short, accessible walk, suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness.  For those who aren't able to leave the vehicle, we can also provide a virtual tour experience from the vehicle, where our guests can enjoy exploring the landscape in exclusive 360° virtual tours, provided by Peak 360 Photography.  These virtual tours can be enjoyed on an iPad from the comfort of the vehicle.

Like all of our full day tours, On Top Of The World begins with the opportunity of a pick up direct from your Peak District accommodation, or a railway station for example.  As well as the viewpoints, lunch is also included, with a choice of a wonderful lunch at Stella's Kitchen in the heart of the Peak District, or a traditional pub serving local produce.

We will also provide the chance to enjoy refreshments at one of the Peak District finest ice cream farms too.

We can't wait to welcome visitors back to the Peak District.  We've missed you!  And we're working on some exciting updates to make sure that we can hit the ground running.  We'll be introducing our new booking platform over the next couple of weeks - we will still be offering a no risk booking policy with 100% refunds available if you need to cancel.

We will also have exciting news about our mode of transport for our tours.  All we can say for now is that the future is definitely electric...
